The United Nations Inter-Pacific Association (UNIPA) is pleased to announce the formal release of the UNIPA Anthem, symbolizing our shared commitment to peace, justice, and global cooperation.

In accordance with the directive of the Secretary-General:

1. All UNIPA offices, chapters, and missions worldwide shall hoist the UNIPA Flag and render the UNIPA Anthem at the commencement of all official functions, meetings, and ceremonial gatherings.
2. Singing or playing of the UNIPA Anthem during flag hoisting is hereby made mandatory at every UNIPA premises.
3. The official audio recording of the UNIPA Anthem will be distributed to all regional and national offices within one (1) month of this circular to ensure uniformity in performance.

All chapter heads, office directors, and mission representatives are instructed to ensure strict compliance with this directive. Any further guidance or clarifications, if required, may be sought from the Secretariat.
